Caroline Neeley is a nationally and internationally known conflict revolutionary and anger management specialist. Some know her as an undeviating straight-talker, others see her as a straight-shooting raconteur with the unique bullet speed ability to sift through verbal garbage in order to reach the truth. Others want to be like her; a pillar of inner strength and confidence. But she is best known as; the irresponsible person's worst nightmare. She is firm in her decisions, holds people accountable for their actions and is unwilling to waiver in her beliefs and values to show people the right and wrong way to use their head. Born in Scotland and raised on haggis and tumshies (turnips) Caroline learned quickly to "baer-up" and hold strong and tough even in the worst situations, making it easier for her to excel and become an expert in the field of anger management and conflict resolution. Complimenting her ability to stay composed when dealing with people who are a hair shy of ripping intestines out through nostrils, Caroline can defuse and neutralize a potentially explosive situation by using effective and firm communication, understanding and simple human touch.
Educated in Scotland and professionally trained at University of California at Santa Barbara, Caroline continues to refocus and turn-around hundreds of dysfunction families, smooth out crumbling relationships and terminate self-destruction within individuals. She is a guru in the arena of self-improvement, heavily sprinkled with her dry Scottish humor.
Caroline continues to enjoy her work as a counselor and spreading her expertise and knowledge over the airways, yes she is also a bi-coastal talk-radio host. However to date; her greatest accomplishment was preparing hundreds of State incarcerated teenagers and young adults for release. She trained and worked with these troubled, misled and often abandoned young men and taught them how to stay clean, sober and trouble free while working towards becoming a productive member of society. Her desperately needed attention, coupled with the installation of self-value and personal commitment to ones-self, became a gladiator's challenge to her and the youths who soaked it all up. However, the reality of knowing that she lost some to bad parenting, poor to no support structures, and became one of societies failures wasn't an easy pill for Caroline to swallow, but she does find great triumph in knowing that she has far more success stories.
Caroline Neeley is an award-winning entrepreneur, and recipient of many outstanding and dedicated achievement awards including those from the California State Assembly, the United States House of Representatives and Rotary International.
